The Hägglunds Quantum motor is the successor to the Hägglunds CB motor, with the following differences:

Higher speed: The maximum speed of the Hägglunds Quantum motor/HD-QMX motor is over 150rpm, which is not possible with the original CB motor.

Higher torque: The Quantum motor provides a sustainable maximum torque of over 350kNm, which is more powerful in terms of power output.

Higher power density: In a compact structure, Hagglunds Quantum motor can achieve an output of 3MW at corner power, while the Hagglunds CB motor cannot achieve such a high power density in the same volume.

Optimized materials: Hägglunds HD-QMX motor/Quantum motor has adjusted its design and materials to improve the efficiency of the motor and extend its life expectancy by twice that of the CB motor.

Innovative internal structure: Taking the Quantum power as an example, it uses a new, slimmer connection block with additional ports and a unique internal design, which enables the motor to achieve higher speed and torque output while maintaining high efficiency, while the CB motor does not have such advanced design.

Wider application scenarios: Hagglunds HD-QMX motor/Quantum motor is particularly suitable for heavy-duty applications such as mining due to its high performance and high reliability. It also shows advantages in mobile applications and can meet the needs of more complex working conditions. In contrast, the application scenarios of CB motor are relatively limited.
