Higher throughput (some operations have reported up to 50% higher production).
Greater versatility, small shredders 500 hp or lower can now process automobiles and other bulky scrap items after they have been pre-shredded.

We design and manufacture all conveyors in-house to the highest standards and they range from small rubber belted systems for transfer between plant modules to large radial stacking conveyors, we also offer steel belted infeed conveyors.

Mobile Shredder

Our machinery is designed using the latest CAD systems and can be custom built to suit the specific requirements of individual customers. We are constantly reviewing the range and their functions and adopt a continuous development policy by considering in-house design changes from our skilled engineers as well as ideas and comments from our experienced customers.

The latest models of shredders, fragmentisers and hammermills have been designed to absorb and dissipate impact and explosions and resist heavy abrasion- they are capable of an efficient flow of scrap into the machines to ensure maximum output.

Our shredders are able to shred heavier mixed grade of material efficiently, at low cost and with high recovery of non-ferrous metals.

Our teams are on hand to offer customers advice on any aspect. We carry a large stock of spare parts which allows added security for our excellent maintenance and after sales service. We can arrange and offer full maintenance contracts upon request.
